AHEC Northeast is actively engaged in transforming into a Patient Centered Medical Home and has applied for participation in the Comprehensive Primary Care initiative.
The position will serve to expand this programs clinical capacity by providing patient care through acute care visits for all ages. This position will work under a collaborative arrangement with faculty and will be available for patient care Monday - Friday 8-5.
