Peds CV surgery - LR

We currently have a position in our CV Surgery department. Although the job location will be AR Children's Hospital, this will be a UAMS position. This will be a Surgical 1st assist in peds-cardiothoracic surgery. The days/hours will vary to meet the positions needs.

The job duties will be: to assist the surgeons in the OR with all procedures; providing expert surgical assistance; making rounds on all post-op patients on a daily and PRN basis. Requirements: AR PA license and basic computer skills.

Preferred: Minimum 3 years of PA experience, but will consider new grads. Evidence of expertise in leadership or independent practice roles. Demonstrated communication skills (written and oral), problem-solving, and collaborative skills.

Federal Rural Health Clinic in Hampton AR, which is approximately 20 minutes from Camden and Eldorado, is actively seeking a PA. This is a family practice clinic with no hospital responsibilities. The hours are Monday - Friday 8-5 PM, no weekends and phone call 1 week every 2-3 months. Supervising physician has extensive experience working with PAs.

Neurosurgery -Little Rock

A very busy Neurosurgery practice in Little Rock, AR is looking to add a Physician Assistant due to growth. PA-C will directly support surgeon in OR and Clinic, split about 50/50. Call is 1:5.
