A very busy Neurosurgery practice in Little Rock, AR is looking to add a Physician Assistant due to growth. PA-C will directly support surgeon in OR and Clinic, split about 50/50. Call is 1:5. There will be a great deal of independence in Clinic as PA-C will be expected to see 20-25 patients a day. Almost all of the cases are spine surgery. Production bonus paid quarterly. Generous salary and benefits relative to the area.
